This notice is a placeholder pending a Data Protection Act review and any required ODPC registration. It must be replaced before the platform processes personal data in production.

Agencies using BimaFlow enter personal details of their clients, such as names, identity numbers, KRA PINs, contact details and policy information, to administer their insurance. Each agency's records are visible only to that agency's own staff.
